Hamamatsu Photonics adopts
Teseda Platforms
for Failure Analysis Systems
PORTLAND, OR-October 24, 2007 - Teseda Corporation, a leading provider
of comprehensive scan-based diagnostic and debug solutions
for semiconductor yield improvement, announced that Hamamatsu Photonics
K.K will adopt its V-series hardware DFT test platforms as an option
in their Semiconductor Device Failure Analysis systems. INTER
ACTION Corporation, Teseda’s manufacturing partner and leading distributor
of Teseda products for Japan and Asia, will work with Hamamatsu Photonics
to provide the platforms.
"The V-Series DFT tester was selected by Hamamatsu Photonics
partly due to the small footprint, about the size of a sheet of paper,"
stated Masao Kimura, INTER ACTION’s President. "The Teseda solution
also met the requirements of ease of use and rapid failure analysis
capability."

pleased that Hamamatsu Photonics has standardized on Teseda V-series
as an option for their Failure Analysis systems. They will create
a system that will provide drastic time reduction in diagnosis and
analysis for their customers."
The Teseda DFT platform, together with the Teseda diagnostic tools,
will allow Hamamatsu Photonics to provide a complete failure analysis
solution to the market.
Teseda will exhibit the V-series platforms and the full line of diagnostic
software at the 2007 International Test Conference as well as the 2007
International Symposium on Testing and Failure Analysis (ISTFA) in
November.
